Food is very good whether I order or go to the restaurant it is honestly one of the best burgers places I have had in a while My favourite thing to grab is the dirty fries there are 10/10 When I order the food they always come before the estimated time and the food is always warm Defiantly recommend

Has to be the best burger spot I've been to. I keep going back to try different things on the menu and each time I'm genuinely amazed. You can see that the food is all made fresh, and the staff are so welcoming. Hygiene of the restaurant is top notch too. Honestly, go and check it out if you haven't yet.

Went for a mid week dinner with 5 other friends. It is a small resturant, but we were able to walk in and sit at a table without any fuss. The service was really good, Ewan, our server, was very friendly and confident with his recommendations. There was a great selection of mains and sides and between the 6 of us we manage to try loads of different dishes. The food was SO good ! Full of flavour and the chicken was outstanding. What was quite unique was that we all felt pleasantly full at the end, but not horribly full like you do in some burger joints. We were even persuaded to get a milkshake for dessert (the jammy dodger one was divine). I would highly recommend to anyone in the area or passing by.

Outstanding service from Harry at The Shack! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure our dining experience was top-notch. His recommendations were spot on, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It's clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customers. We'll definitely be back—thanks, Harry! Definitely give this young man a pay raise.

I’ve ordered food from the shack since they first opened in Barton. The flavours are UNREAL! and the variety on the menu is amazing! Most restaurants when they first opened go all out and the food is good then quality slips, this has never happened with the shack! They get better and better!

I had ad a lovely experience at The Shack! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served promptly — everything you’d hope for in a good meal. But what really made the visit stand out was the kindness and professionalism of the lady at the till. She wore a beautiful hijab and greeted everyone with such a warm smile and respectful demeanor. She handled a busy line with patience and grace, making each customer feel welcome. It’s rare to see such genuine hospitality these days, and she truly added a special touch to the whole experience. I’ll definitely be coming back — both for the food and the friendly service!

Came here after 2 years when they done the refurb and it looks amazing. Much bigger space for the kitchen for staff to work in and still decent amount of seating for customers. Got the bbq wings, holy shack burger, big shack burger and dirty fries. Everything tasted amazing, especially the big shack burger my goodness that was something else bbq wings were massive and juicy very nice place to have quick bite and brunch. Lovely location for the locals.
